Die Cut Parts

Gaskets and other die cut parts produced from a wide range of rubber, plastic, paper, fabric, film, and composite materials.  

Ames Industrial has extensive die cutting services available at our facility. From small sample runs to full high volume production, we can meet all of your die cutting needs.

We use flat bed die cutters to maintain accuracy and our high standards. A flat bed die cutter has essentially two parallel metal platens in between which the die and material are placed. When the press is cycled, the metal platens come together, exerting pressure on the die and cut out the part.

If your material comes on a roll there is no need to have it sheeted, as our presses can handle sheet or roll fed stock, thereby saving you, the customer, time and money. Close registration and large size die cutting are our specialty.

Custom Dies

All steel rule dies are cut with a high accuracy CNC laser. Tooling tolerances as close as .005"
